With the recent string of failed ops, and multiple attacks wasted I'm proposing the following: if you miss 2 ops in a row, without notifying the task force that you will be gone you will be demoted. Co-leader to officer, officer to member, and members get booted.

Ops which are successfully completed, will not count towards the missed op count.

Thoughts?

We'll institute it this weekend, I just want to see what others have to say.
